As a REALTOR® since 1987, Stacy has built his business primarily on serving clients who are buying and selling residential real estate in the Halifax Regional Municipality. He also represents clients who are buying and selling small to mid-sized income properties, and has been the listing agent on a number of large-scale, new home and condominium projects. His involvement at every level of construction, from project outset to completion, has given him unparalleled knowledge of new construction and condominium sales.

Having lived and worked in Halifax for over 30 years, Stacy knows the city inside and out. His knowledge of its neighbourhoods, school districts and distinctive community vibes helps ensure that his buyers find their perfectly suited dream homes. An innovative approach to marketing his sellers’ properties allows them to stand out in the crowd.

Stacy is one of the few REALTORS® in Nova Scotia who has earned both the prestigious Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI) and Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designations. He has also earned the Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute designation (ACCI) from the Canadian Condominium Institute, joining a group of only a small list of recipients in Nova Scotia.
