With over 36 years of experience in the local real estate industry, and as the founding partner of HarbourSide Realty, Charlie is often the “go to guy” for some of the toughest questions in the business, and in most cases he has the answers.

Charlie prides himself on being able to take “a realistic approach to what can be an emotional decision”. His clients appreciate the way that he plays down the sizzle and takes a good hard look at what is truly practical and functional, putting Buyers and Sellers at ease throughout the process.

Charlie has served two terms as a commissioner of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission, the body that regulates Real Estate in Nova Scotia, and currently is a member of the Complaint Review Committee for NSREC.

Charlie obtained his FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) designation in 1996, an achievement that identifies the top real estate professionals who demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the highest standards of education, experience and ethical conduct in the real estate industry.
